Visited for a short break from the city. The hotel is smaller compared to others around but have maximized on space.
The good
-Staff was very friendly and provided impeccable service.
-Food was tasty

-Kids activities were advertised but nothing on ground
-Fumigate rooms perhaps; we had bites
Avoid rooms to the right from the entrance the hotel next door tends to be loud.

A wonderful time on the beach of Neptune Bamburi.
The resort is very family friendly. The location of the hotel is beautiful, with direct access to the fabulous, unspoiled beach. The food is plentiful, with a very good range and variety to satisfy even the most picky palate. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in a traditional style, clean, tidy and we had no problems with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available (if needed), although intermittent in places other than the main reception areas, but it gave the much needed opportunity to disconnect and spend some time together.
The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. I recomended this hotel for family holiday.
We went to the local tour operator, JT safari Diani, we booked Tsavo to the east, where we had a great experience with a private driver for the whole day. We saw a giraffe, sable antelope, buffalo, elephants.

Had great time, staff great n friendly, tasty food n well presented. Well kept compounds. Clean n neat rooms. Would recommend especially if one needs a quiet environment to relax. Kudos to the staff n management.

Was looking for a reasonably priced place to stop for the night and ended up here. Not a bad location. Got a room at a reasonable price but no view of the sea.... was later informed got to pay money for that view. The rooms were clean but the sheet were rough at one point i thought i was getting exfoliation due to how rough those sheets were waaaa that is all i can say
