I called before I booked this hotel about the free parking and late checkout. They said yes to both questions. We got there pretty late at night. The parking fee was 1,000 yen. One hour late checkout was 2,000 yen. I believe they misinformed us on the phone. The hotel was very nice and clean.

Great location for Sanrio Land, 5 min walk. but it's really not like the other Keio Plaza Group hotels. Don't expect quite fancy services. Just stay only for Sanrio is good. Don't expect any landscapes, luxury, fancy foods. There are many bars, karaoke place, Starbucks, McDonald's, doughnut shop, restaurants between hotel and Sanrio, we could enjoy outside of the room itself.

We were staying at this hotel for a week while visiting relatives. In the middle of our stay a family stayed in the room next to ours and at night they were very loud and disruptive. We could not sleep so we called to complain. The noise continued after 10pm so we called again to complain and switch to a another room. Customer service said the room next door had a lot of people staying in it and they could move us but it would be next door to the elevator. Really? Thats the best you can do? I will NEVER stay here again!

The hotel is conveniently located a few hundred meters from Tama Center Station and Tama Center Monorail. The room (standard double / smoking) was spacious and had an air purifier, which helped reduce the smell of cigarettes. The room's decor and fixtures were somewhat dated but clean. I cannot say the same about the bathroom. Although it was clean, it had stale smell, possibly from the shower curtain. The hotel is quite large, but it does not provide room service. However, the area around the hotel is full of fast food chains and restaurants to make up for that. The laundry room was a convenient plus.

Keio Plaza is directly across the road from the Tama bus terminal where the Haneda shuttle bus drops you. Very convenient!

Also, surrounding the hotel is a variety of shops and restaurants, so plenty of things to do.

Check in was smooth and the room neat and clean. Small by 'western' standards but generous by Japanese standards and certainly comfortable. Shower was strong and hot!

Typical Japanese touches line beer vending machines on every other floor and a 1980's style to the décor, make the place quiant and charming.

Breakfast provided a large choice of foods and was if pretty decent quality.

The only complaint I have is that the windows in the room won't open ( not even a crack) and the climate control in the room seemed uneffective. It wasn't too hot or too cold in the room, just slightly stuffy and a bit claustrophobic... Hope they can 'desecure' the windows.
