Not really a palace... The carpet are stained, the furniture and the painting are outdated. It seems that rooms on the 11th floor have been recently renovated, so try to get a room on this floor. But the service is perfect (as usually in Japan).

Stayed here with a group of colleagues from Europe. All of us were well looked after.

Pleasant hotel and staff, good location and best of all the airport bus to/from both Narita and Haneda stops there :)

Will stay here again.

Hotel now a bit old , rooms will need some refurb soon but still clean and good staff with decent English skills Reasonably priced as the rooms are relatively large for Japanese business hotel

Read my review from 2013. Came here r years ago and room looks like it has been done up. Its no longer door key but key card. Fridge wadnt empty but had only 3 beers and one other snack.

No free bottled water. Still no coffee or english tea. Just roast and green tea. This room seems bigger with 2 wide single beds so i have 4 flat pillows instead of 2. Bed very comfy.

No wardrobe but just some hangers over bench where you put your luggage bag. Looks like they also upgraded the hairdryer to a normal type. Room has a modern look. Even the hallway to rooms look nice. The lobby also looks grand.

Bath water pressure good. Bath amenities good. Bathroom a tight squeeze considering room is a good size. Should have a mirror on the desk wall for natural lighting as batheoom so tight squeeze and hot when door closed using hair dryer. Bellboy service helped with bags.

Buffet breakfast below average. Internet password accessed from tv sceeen. Get airport bus timetable from reception and make reservation at bell counter. 3600 yen from hotel to narita airport. Recommended to be at airport at least 2 hrs before. Be at bell counter 15 mins before bus departure time. About 2.5 hrs bus ride.

Lots of eateries around. Went to hidakaya for an excellent valur for money dinner. Go to 2nd floor and turn right out of hotel doors onto the walkway. Keep walking and walkeay crosses over the road, takashimaya, walk past Loft, keep walking past Isetan and you will see escalators on left. Take escalator down and hidakaya is just opposite 711. 850 yen set for ramen, fried rice and 6 gyozas.

I've stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and in summary the place is good, friendly staff and clean and comfortable room. The TV choices are bad unless you want to pay extra. I exercise on daily basis and this hotel doesn't have a fitness area. You have the choice to go to a nearby gym but opens at 9 am and you have to pay so it did not work for me. Breakfast is good and the location is great, few meters from Tachikawa Train Station. Many restaurants and stores right outside. I was pleased with my stay.
