I got married there last year, i had al ready bene there sometimes and i knew the place and the owner, Stefano, Who is really a nice person, helpful and pleasant. I love the location, ancient and comfortable at the same time. Love it!

It was the perfect getaway for a night we wished we had stayed longer! The rooms were comfortable, nice water pressure in the bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous we had champagne and fresh squeezed blood orange juice, and the food was delicious.

A clean and well run little hotel. Pleasant well-kept rooms. The highlight would have to be the spa and wellness area - modern jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna...all for the exclusive use of one guest (or couple) at a time.

My husband and I have spent three days at Villa San Biagio, and we recommend it. It is the first place that we have found which is roomy enough for us to spread out, unpack properly, wash clothes in the sink, and generally not be in each other's way at all.
The rooms upstairs have skylights and little kitchenettes. They are larger than the ones downstairs though I could see into an end room downstairs -#7 - that looked good as it had two good chairs and a (non-working) fireplace.
The only issue we had - common in the shoulder season - was mosquitoes. We sleep with windows open since the AC was turned off as is nearly always the case in Italy beginning October 1st. Stefano got out a good fan for us when we asked him to, and this kept the mosquitoes away and also enabled us to sleep with windows closed if necessary.
Stefano and Signora Gualtiero were always kind and accomodating to us, helping us with art exhibits in Viacenza and restaurants in Mason Vicentino and Breganza. They speak only Italian.

We spent a night in mason vicentino on the way to asiago. The renovated monastery is a good option if you want to spend some time in the Vicenza area and maybe going to visit Marostica Bassano and Asolo. The room we stayed is an old cell roomy, comfortable and clean. From the two windows you can have a nice view of a garden with beautiful trees. If you stay in the hotel in summer don't forget to close the windows and turning on the AC before going to bed, as there are lots of mosquitos. Prices are very affordable.
