The staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful throughout and my room was clean, warm and comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide range of choices with whom I was very satisfied. I would improve the cappucchino ( it was more like a milk coffee, no foam) and very important THE WIFI (!) The connection was more than poor and really hindered me with my work since I was there on a business trip.
For families, couples and weekenders highly recommended! :)

Very nice hotel with a great view of greenery. Has a bus stop in front of it to take you to down town in just 15 mins.

Very friendly and professional staff specially Pamela every single morning in the breakfast area.

Visited the bar for lunch. Service was appalling - extremely inattentive. We both Ordered crab cakes, and recognising that they were down on the menu as a light bite priced st €10.50, we also ordered each a side of chips. When the crab cakes arrived, it transpired that it was in fact one minuscule crab cake. The bill came to 29€ (to also include one sparkling water) and, for that, each of us essentially had chips for lunch

Terrible service too - slow and inattentive. The waitress prioritised arranging olives over taking orders.

Visiting the Radisson Blu St Helen`s Hotel for the first time was a very enjoyable experience. The staff were excellent, the room was very well appointed with various items that you could or would use. The gardens looked very nice and come Spring and Summer they will be beautiful. The different dining options at the Hotel were well used, we enjoyed in the Orangie Lounge beside the fireplace and the lovely lady who was from Mauritius ran the catering side and ensured that all customers were looked after. 5 star treatment at this Hotel. Will definitely be returning later this year. Breakfast gives you an option of the garden room or the breakfast room, either or 1st class.

Room Tip: Try and get a room overlooking the gardens or the fountain.
