This was my first time to this hotel and I have to say I was very impressed. The hotel and grounds are beautiful. I was here for a baby shower with a group of friends. The hotel happened to be extremely busy on the day but I'm delighted to say the service and attention we received was excellent.
We didn't feel ignored as you would often do in a busy atmosphere and with us being a big group drinking and eating. We had only one blip with our drink orders and when we asked for this to be fixed we were greeted by Liam who took care of it. He was so pleasant and made us all laugh and feel comfortable and didn't rush off with it being so busy, he is definitely a credit to your hotel and deserves a mention.
I would definitely return and consider holding my own events here due mainly thanks to the staff and service. I will definitely be visiting in the summer to enjoy the gardens properly.

Stayed last week with my father...the welcome was good and friendly...and quick!
We stayed in business class rooms which were very good and spacious...and not overly expensive.
The bar area was nice and the service was good..
We went out for dinner but came back for drinks and the welcome was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast the next day was great...
All in all very impressed and will be back.

Visiting St Helen's is a great experience, the nice exterior of the hotel, combined with a very warm welcome when entering the hotel. The hotelrooms being classic with all modern comfort. The service in the big living room/bar are really great. Personal service, good quality makes you feel at home. Personnel is absolutely great

Room Tip: Warm welcome, good room, nice seating when being alone
