Centrally located restaurant which offers local, langarola, food. It is often open when other Cherasco restaurants are closed for holidays. We chose raw meat, which was not dressed, a plate of tagliolini and cod accompanied with vegetables. For dessert we had panna cotta, cooked cream, and salame di cioccolato, chocolate salami. Our meal was washed down with local dolcetto wine. Food was genuine, but none of the dishes reached an exquisite level. The wine, dolcetto, was a bit too fizzy for our taste. Service was excellent, and the price reasonably modest.
