Restaurant decoration make feeling like at home. Simple and warm. From 20 years that I have try different restaurants in this zone during my bussines trips but that was first time that I was impressed from style in cooking and from t a different menü . In this region especially fish specialities you can not find evrywhere and same plates like "vitello tonato" are present in all menus of restaurants. Here owners have create a simple menu adding different dishes cocked in their traditional style. I will especially recomend to taste "Degustazione di crudo con Scampi e Gamberi" and "Scallopa di foi gras con mele caramellate ". This last is very different style from traditional foi gras becouse is prepared from a piece of a complete goose liver and not pasted like traditional foi gras in a bed of caramelised apples.
Prices was normal.
