Although we saw this place many times we never visited this restaurant. Why....we were not sure it was ok etc.
Tonight we went and....we were positively suprised. Good food, no hanky panky...just good.
The pizza? A thin and crispy bottom, good stuffing...one of the better pizzas we had in italy.
The tagliata was excellent ..... no complaints and at the end we paid less than €20,00 pp and enjoyed an antipasti, main course one times dessert and coffee.
Serving was ok....a basic but good place for a family meal. We will be back more regular.

We were looking for a place to eat and saw a road sign for this restaurant.
After a short drive we arrived at the restaurant, but it seemed closed.
When we drove away a waiter ran after us to tell us the restaurant was open.

Since our Italian wan;st that good, we were very pleased one of the cooks spoke English.

We followed his advice regarding the dishes and were pleasantly surprised.
The food was very, very good. Home made, local products, tasteful, good portions, friendly service and very affordable.

Apart from the fact that not many decide to spend the weekend away from Rome in Lazio.
Well here we have a precious hidden paradise, apart from the landscape and all the beautiful walks and natural springs.
One can still eat in the traditional style with the best of the local produce of this region. Here at Poderetto you have a family business with a Hungarian cook whom has learnt and mastered the cooking in all the best of ways.
Homemade pasta, sauces, wild pig and other animals cooked with love just like grandmother use to make.
Have to come back absolutely, highly recommended!
