We stayed here for 3 nights. Sam and her daughter are very friendly and helpful. Lovely views of the surrounding area. Ideal location for exploring the East Sussex countryside. Very comfy bed and lovely shower. Take into account the spiral staircase and restricted headroom in some areas upstairs. The veranda with the beech tree growing through it is beautiful and a great place to sit in the sun with an evening drink. We ate every evening at The White Horse in Bodle Street Green. A short drive away and amazingly good, home cooked food.
Spent two nights in this delightful first floor studio with wonderful country views over rolling hills. Small but useful downstairs kitchen and a shower room and toilet.
Walking distance to two pubs, fish & chips, very good Indian restaurant and a bakery.
The only noise we heard were sheep bleating in the next field.Really unwound and will return.
A place with its own quirky character. We did not see the place at its best, ie in the middle of winter after and during lots of heavy rain! The local lanes were waterlogged and muddy - in other seasons they will be beautiful. Overall, a snug bolthole for us in wearying weather. And Treetops looks a great summer stay for young families. We had trouble with the shower but, amazingly, Sam found an engineer to fix it on Christmas Eve. So full marks to Sam.
We celebrated the new year 2018 in the treetop house . The owner was very lovely and friendly lady.we had a great time there with our 2 kids 6 and 10 years old . Perfect place. Thank you.
