some expats here have recommendet it to us, so we could enjoy a perfect evening at this lovely Restaurant, maybe next time we even book it as our hotel (this time we were at Eskaya, which ishorrible expensive and not so nice).
we had several different seafood and fish dishes and all was perfect. athmosphere is lovely and waiters are attentative.
perfect evening.

Room Tip: sea view, what else, so you can see the sea.

My family and I stayed here for 8 nights over Christmas and New Year in a 2 bedroom apartment which was ideal, it was very comfortable and spacious. My Husband and Son both have Coeliac Disease which means they cannot have any gluten, and the staff went out of their way to accomodate them. Lizbeth ensured that all of the staff at the restaurant were made aware before our arrival, and every person we spoke to when making orders understood and were extremely helpful with ensuring and checking that all ingredients were gluten free. The lovely Jefferson (we were really sad saying goodbye to him!!) even arranged to get some rice flour when our own gluten free flour ran out.

The restaurant was excellent, great food and menu, friendly helpful staff, and it was lovely being able to eat right next to the water. We were there on New Years Eve, and joined in the celebration including sparkling wine being provided at midnight, and a live band. It was great to see all of the staff celebrating with us, it was a great night.

The grounds were gorgeous, very well looked after including the pool, and when we wanted to organise transportation into Alona Beach and Tagbiliran it was always quick and efficient. Its about 10 minutes away from Alona Beach but we loved the fact that it was quiet and peaceful, but not far away from Alona if you wanted to go out for the day or evening.

We would definitely recommend this accommodation, it felt like home by the end of our stay, very affordable, great value for money, beautiful sunsets and has an excellent restaurant.

Room Tip: The seaview rooms by the pool look great

We didn't stay here, we actually stayed at Alumbung Tropical Resort. However we were allowed to use the facilities here and ate here numerous times.

Good points:
Such friendly staff, couldn't do enough for you. Jefferson especially was really kind.
Good value for food. Had breakfast twice, lunch once and dinner twice. All times it was really yummy.
The pool is amazing and the perfect temperature.

Bad points:
Food although good, it did take ages to arrive. One time it took 1 hour for our main course to arrive. It was dead there. Another time we ordered dessert about 15 minutes before another table and they had finished theirs, paid and left before we had ours.
The waiter was very rude when I asked where it was.
The sea is awful here, it smells and you can't swim there.

Once again thank you very much and have a nice day!.

We stayed 4 nights at a 2bdr apartment. The staff are friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant. The apartment is basic but good enough. It is a secluded resort, not for those who enjoy the buzz of Alona beach. Lovely sunset at the beach. Beach is not for swimming but my son enjoyed looking for hermit crab. The only drawback is the rooms are not sound proof, may not be suitable for light sleeper as we experienced neighbors revving motorbike at 11pm at night. Restaurant is good with reasonable priced menu and decent food.

Food, pool, staff, rooms.. really nice. Shuttle to the airport and alona beach possible and fast. the Hotel is quiet and a little away from the crowdy tourist area. it is totally affordable and especially for groups absolutely recommended. Its not possible to swim in the sea right here but alona beach is near. ps. you can book all tourist attractions at the reception.. :)) thumbs up
