Me and my husband stayed at the Hotel few weeks ago just after our wedding.
The room was incredibly spacious and clean , and we had a massive terrace looking at the sea front from one side and
at the swimming pool from the other side.
it was a shame that we were staying only for one night and we couldn't enjoy the room more.
The private spa and full body massage was excellent and the staff was very professional and polite.
Our package also included a 4 course dinner ( set menu) , which to my surprise was incredibly good and again the service was excellent..
The only thing that left us just a bit disappointed was the very slow service at the pool bar.
Overall we had a great experience and we would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Room tip: Our room was on the top floor , was very big , clean and quiet and had a massive terrace with sunbeds , chairs and tables.

Wonderful Holidays June 26 to July 5 Catania, Aci Castelle, Sicily.
We stayed at the 4Spa Hotel. The first day at the pool we felt that we had chosen the wrong hotel. 2 x 1 hour water training with very loud music by the pool, then in the evening private party in the yard at the pool with loud music and noise, unable to sleep. During the evening, the receptionist did what she could to suppress the music. The next day I met the hotel manager Paula. She showed understanding and acted immediately. 2x1h pass changed to only 1 hour morning pass with low volume then she promised it would be quiet in the evening and She switched our room to the quieter side of the hotel.
She (Paula) and the rest of the staff made our stay perfect.
I call it customer focused management for customer satisfaction.
Many thanks to the lady who had the breakfast that specially order bread for us because of allergy.
Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.
We'll be back
PS. Give My regards to Mr. Pizza baker.
See you

We had a nice stay at the hotel which comprised of modern, spacious rooms with a balcony overlooking the pool. The restaurant food is good but limited( esp as a vegetarian) if you are staying there for a long duration.
It's a short walk to the seaside but there is no sandy beach - it's only rocks- with some additional seaside restaurants.
Apparently there is a castle nearby with a lively Square which I learnt from our jeep guide on the last night but couldn't visit - would've been useful to know from hotel staff.

The hotel staff ( Christina, Nancy) are very friendly and helpful and had even arranged a pick up from airport / drop to Syracuse hotel and our Mt Etna jeep tour.
The Spa at an extra cost is FANTASTIC! One of the best/ most luxurious I've ever visited.

Only drawback is it is away from Catania town and it would be useful to have a hire car to travel around.

Also the Taxi pick up from airport was meant to be €30 as advised by hotel. However our flight from London was scheduled to arrive at 21:00 and got delayed by 20 mins and by the time we cleared immigration/ collected luggage - driver picked us at 21:40. He charged us €45 in total for waiting (€5/hour) saying he had instructions from the Control Room!
I was annoyed as I had provided flight details and they could track the exact flight arrival time to avoid waiting.
Isn't it reasonable to expect atleast 20-25 mins to clear immigration/collect baggage - unless someone is disembarking from their private jet!
The initial welcome by the taxi service wasn't pleasant but I can't fault the hotel. Don't know if this is general taxi practice in Sicily but it may be worth the hotel clarifying this when reserving the pick up.

The hotel breakfast is decent but they can add some options like baked beans/ hash browns for vegetarians.
Overall we had a good hotel stay and will recommend it.

I think there were no serious issue with the hotel, it is really nice and clean and big rooms. The photose are all valid. But the wall and doors not separate us too good, it was really loud to relax till 11pm.
The breakfast was plenty and really good quality, and a lot to choose from but mostly sweet type of foods. What I can mention here is the food was not varied much, kinda same for the 9 days we spent there, but still can be managed to not get bored of it.

Room tip: higher floors would be better.

We stayed for 6 nights.

Things we liked:
Very spacious and exceptionally clean rooms! Nice staff. Good gym facilities /cool gym classes (for extra charge).

Things we did not like:
When arriving at the hotel at 1am in the morning, the greeting was not welcoming at all.
We had requested a quiet room and instead were given the loudest one possible, right next to the lobby.
After two nights we requested another room and received one facing the etna/pool. On Saturday, there was a big pool party with loud music until 4:30am, the next day there was a private party with even louder music until after midnight. Reception told us that music until midnight is usual - even though this was a spa hotel offering beauty surgeries...
Breakfast was a bit sad for a country with so good pasticcerias and salumerias and a 4 star hotel, always the same, but i guess relatively normal for Italian hotels.

Other things:
Be aware that only the outside pool is free of charge.
Gym / indoor pool is ~5€ per hour, gym classes 10€.

We would stay at another hotel next time.
