Really comfortable hotel in excellent location just across from beautiful beach. This is the second consecutive year we have stayed here and we certainly intend to return. We had a junior suite which was very spacious with a large balcony overlooking the bay - a magnificent panoramic view. The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet had a lovely variety of food. We opted for half board which is very good value for money.

An early summer break in one of Puerta Pollensa's original hotels. The Uyal retains the charm combined with superb location and excellent service.
It's a level walk into the town , just watch out for fast bikes when you cross the road. You can hear cars coming but the bikes are a hazard, very few have a bell.
The promenade path has just been upgraded.
Hotel staff are friendly, the food choice was good and a choice of alcoholic or non alcoholic cocktails.
Our room was in the more modern annexe and no issues with noise. Super king bed and a spacious room. Walk in shower was a bonus.
We are returning later in the year.

Room tip: Sea view rooms are available in both the original and annexe buildings.

We had a great holiday based in this lovely Hotel - very comfortable and well appointed bedroom with balcony and sea views. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff and delicious food. It was very relaxing to sit around the pool and never difficult to find a sunbed.

We booked with Thomas cook and we asked for a balcony on arrival we were given room 169 which has an adapted bathroom for disabled guests (which we are not.)The shower leaked out over the bathroom floor which we reported but are still having to put down towels each time we shower to soak the wet up and so we don’t slip. and no balcony or terrace. There isn’t anywhere to hang wet swim wear or beach towels. We asked to move and were willing to pay but were told they don’t have any free rooms so we are stuck here until we leave.

Great hotel, prime position. Stayed B & B, very good breakfast. Staff all lovely. No charge for safe.spotless room. Would certainly stay here again.

Only downside, though not the hotels fault, was the doubling of the tourist tax for Majorca, paying 46.20 euros. This might cause tourists to choose elsewhere to holiday, rather than Majorca.
