We visited in October 2015 with our Son who was 6 months old at the time.
The hotel was a family hotel with a kids club and creche but on a fairly small scale so it seemed fairly quiet and laid back. I am told that it will no longer be a Thomson family hotel in 2016. The accommodation was a little dated but functional and clean. The pools were not heated so were a bit of a shock to the system when first getting in!
The restaurant was your typical buffet style and perfectly adequate but I would recommend taking the 10-15 minute stroll along the seafront Pine Walk to visit one of the fantastic restaurants. The evening views are stunning.
The staff were fantastic, especially the young lady on reception who's name escapes me!
Majorca is very popular with cyclists, so be warned that you may well be tripping over racing bikes propped up outside the restaurant doors on your way to breakfast.
All in all, we had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel.
