this hotel is very nice, with big room and good (salty) breakfast, staff is very nice but one waiter warking in the evening time in the restaurant is very rude, so we didn't eat in the evening buffet for 14€ (beverages are not included and the waiter told us the buffet was more expansive). This hotel is also a reference point for all maribor (evrerybody know where is it) and the starting point for some small hikes.

This hotel has a great location on the top of the mountain. Just few meters away is a rental store for ski equipment and ski school. Two different cable cars are also just 10 meters away from the hotel. It was clean.

First disappointment was room which looked warn out compared to the pictures presented on line.
Secondly, you do not get bathropes, slippers even towels for sauna , moreover you rent a towel for 5 EUROs !! So advice is to take your own. Saunas are only thing working in hotel from wellness and spa. But they are good saunas.
When asking the receptionist if it was necessary to make a reservation for ski school ha said it was not, so in the morning when we arrived to ski school we were surprised to learn there are no available ski coaches for that day, and that reservations are common and usual.
Breakfast was fine, but dinner was poor and no free drinks for dinner.
Staff did not seem professional and even rude(girl in sauna typing on her phone while speaking to us) with the exception of the receptionist who was kind and professional.
Not enough value for money.

The staff is very polite, helpful and kind. The rooms are very big, we had a 3 room apartment with a kitchen. We had everything what we needed in the room. The rokmoomss are soundproof. The hotel is situated right next to the slope, from the ski depot you are exiting on the slope. From next to the hotel you can take the bus for free to go to Areh (15 minutes trip) - additional slopes. The food at the restaurant was very good and plenty of facilities. You can buy the ski passes from the hotel reception and you will receive discounts as well.

Room tip: The apartments are the best

he hotel is very nice and perfectly located. Right on top ot the hill with amazing views over Maribor. Ski lift, that takes you to the valley is one minute walk form hotel. Hotel itself is small and it seems to be closed during summer. Rooms were smelly and in need of renovation. Specialy bathroom looks like from 70'. Water was a bit yellow. Food was good, but not really 4* appropriate. Staff was super nice in the bar and also reception. Prices are OK, regarding location. All in all I eould rate this hotel like 3*, refurbishment would take it to 4*. I would go again to get relaxation, to do nothing and just enjoy nature and welness :)

We stayed at Bellevue Hotel in January 2017. Location of hotel is amazing. It's small hotel located few steps from the ski lift. Guests have access to a locked storage space on the ground floor for skis and other equipment. The staff is really helpful and very polite. Rooms are bright, very spacious and clean. There is free parking around the hotel. The ski lift is a few steps from the hotel. There is no jacuzzi or swimming pool, just a spa with saunas (finnish, infrared, turkish).
