Love this place. Lush views and good food. A really good selection of drinks as well. Good Cornish products. Worth a visit.

Came here for breakfast on Sunday and I was so happy with the whole experience, I had the sour dough toast topped with chilli and lime avocado and a poached egg on top. Every bite was tasty and the surroundings were even better. Definitely looking forward to my next visit.

We were staying in Flushing and wanted a walk so we rang for a water taxi to take us to Penryn. The Taxi cannot get to Penryn in low water - 2 hours or so either side of low tide but we were early enough and it only cost £12.00 for 2. We for a few minutes.walked up from the harbour to Muddy Beach for coffee. It was a sunny day and we sat outside looking out over the water and the harbour area. It is a good view and the patio is protected from the noise of the road by the building. The patrons were a mix of students and older folk. It is also a restaurant and a bar but I didn't use it like that. The coffee was excellent and the cinnamon buns were good but not as fresh as the buns at Wild Vibes cafe and the toilets clean and pleasant. We ordered at the counter and the food was delivered some time later to our outside table. Prices of coffee and bun were average or slightly on the high side. After coffee we walked further along the rather unattractive main road to the turning to Flushing (on the right) and then to the right down a footpath that took us along the water's edge back to Flushing. A pleasant morning.

Only popped in for some hot drinks but was tempted with the good selection of cakes, buns and slices. Friendly service from all the staff. Nice little area for four legged friends. Not eaten lunch or dinner here yet, but the menu sounds great. Worth the stop.

Had my birthday meal here and the staff had decorated my table which was lovely! We sat outside and it was a beautiful location. Couldn't fault the food ,portion size very generous, the hake was absolutely superb..3 of us had this and all agreed. The sharing boards fabulous and the curry was delicious. Chocolate brownie was the best Ive ever tasted as so light. Definitely place to return to and recommend to friends.
