Not sure if the Farmers Market is held year round, but when we visited on a Sunday in March, there was so much going on. Vendors sold organic foods, smoothies, baked goods, coffee, flowers. Artists sold paintings, jewelry, clothing, crafts, shoes, folk art. The market is located at the marina, near the fish market and it gets crowded. A band performed. Go early before it is too hot or crowded.
