brilliantly maintained enfields. The team of mechanics headed by Werner were excellent. Casa Tres Amigos was the first of many hotels that my group used on a recent tour of Goa and Karnatika. The food was excellent and the room fine. The pol was lovely and the back up support for the motorcycles was first class.

We spent 6 days at Casa Tres Amigos prior to our bike tour through Goa and Hampi. We stayed in lovely accommodation, one of the wooden suites with a private balcony. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive. We experienced an amazing ayurvedic massage experience in the private retreat area and spent time lazing by the pool. Wifi too!

A great biker atmosphere , run by bikers for bikers. Great workshop with lots of well maintained Enfield's plus a few specials ! My room was basic but comfy. The food was great and the staff very helpful.

The Royal Enfield's sat in the front yard are probably the best kept bikes in the whole of India! We enjoyed two weeks of problem free riding thanks to the excellent state of the bikes - credit to the mechanics.

Also worth noting was the food - although breakfast could take time to arrive the buffet dinners were well worth waiting around for. The Indian family living there were fantastic chefs and were always helpful and polite, even welcoming us at 4am when we arrived!

Our room was basic but very manageable. Double bed (comfy), mosquito net and bathroom with gas-powered shower (very useful in India's frequent power-cuts!). No air-con but to be honest we didn't miss it.

Room tip: We had the bamboo hut, good position if you don't mind not having air-con.

While the hotel area looks inviting and the terrace is a good place to sit with friends and relax, there is a strange atmosphere and the owner can be very moody and rude. The rooms are very basic and the plumbing is very Indian. With the holes in the mesh at the windows which do have it and the badly-fitting mosquito nets, combined with the lack of air-conditioning, a good night's sleep is not guaranteed. This is not a place I would recommend. It was also very noisy - the washing machine outside my bedroom went on at 6am and every conversation could be heard. The staff are really helpful and do all they can to make one comfortable.

Room tip: Get as far from the ,main area as possible.

Hallo Ruth Weiberg from 1 The Spinney, Adingdon, I have requested you earlier to inform me about the room in which you had all that bas experiences. We have followed up your stay at our Casa Renata Room in Casa Tres Amigos.
We found out : Nobody used the washing machine in the attached court before 9am, in fact our staff laundry staff starts working at 9am. The mosquito net at the bed and the mosquito mesh at the window are intact and have ever been intact. The room has an aircondtion, for which we normally charge 200rs extra per day, you could have used it for free since you where a member of the Glorious adventure group.
The breakfast was supteous, buffet on the table with a wide range of different foods like musli, fruit salad, jogurth, brown and white bread, jam, honey, houmos, cottage cheese, chesse slices, guacamole, and eggs as per your order, i.e. boiled eggs, fried eggs, omlette.
i spoke to your group leader pete and other group members, none of them would confirm that our place is very noisy, and there was no conversations close to your room in the evening, night, early morning. Since I am the owner, I can confirm that I never ever talked to you during your stay. i have no idea how you came to the verdict, that I am very rude and moody.
Your review is far from the reality at our Casa Tres Amigos. We are not willing to accept your wrong and false statements. We will get back to you on this issue..
Seruoisly, Road Captain Peter
