Really great location and, although close to the motorway, you dont hear anything in your room. Close enough to walk to trafford centre and all the extras that go with the area.
The bed was comfortable and big although didnt feel overly sturdy - bit like a put me up bed! Shower over bath with wash provided. Iron and hairdryer available on request.
I would not recommend the extra for a breakfast box. Tub of cornflakes, orange juice, a muffin which tastes of soap and milk carton that was frozen most days so impossible to actually have the cereal!
Also staff were quite difficult to get hold of. No matter what time i had to wait around at the front desk. One day i gave up waiting in breakfast - i appreciate they cant be there all the time but i imagine 7am to 9am are busy periods and therefore felt they should have been more accessible at this point. Having said that they were all polite when i spoke to them

Amazing value for money, basic accommodation but enough to be comfortable. Customer service cannot be faulted, makes such a difference when travelling away from home on business, all reasonable requests accommodated with a cheery disposition. I would definitely recommend it and will happily come back again if the need presents itself

Room tip: rooms to the front less noisy but get sun in the evening so warmer, close the curtains

If you want comfortable cheap bed for the night would recommend. No frills. Take your own toiletries.
Coffee , tea provided. Hair dryer available on request. Good sized room and quiet despite proximity of motorway.

Clean, spacious room with (almost!) kingsize bed. When booking in we were allocated a second floor room. I asked if there was a lift (there is) and was offered a ground floor room if I preferred. On saying yes, the young lady said she would give us one of the 'accessible' rooms on the ground floor. This came with a large wet room and plenty of space for wheelchair users. The room was a typical, basic, no-frills room, but was clean and adequate for a one night stay. As usual there was only one chair, so the second person had to sit on the bed to use lap-top etc, but this seems to be standard in all lower-range hotels. My one complaint was the pillows; quite hard and un-plumpable, one was too low and two was too high. I ended up folding a towel under one pillow so that my neck wasn't under strain. And why oh why do hotels think we all need a 10.5 TOG duvet at this time of year?
