Nice resort with good pool area. The beach area is well maintained, staffs are quiet friendly but underpaid. We had the best bibingka in the world, nice and tasty. The guy who looks after it needs help however he still manages to give a good service. The check in is slow, could have been improved. They are using an old school check in system. We will still go back soon.

Its been more than a year since my last disappointing visit to Canyon Cove. So my expectation was that they should have improved and was giving them the benefit...unfortunately they were a failure again. We chose the Day Tour to enjoy the Facilities (Pool and Beach) which are always good. Unfortunately the staff and F&B service experience was at its usual worst. This time we had the unfortunate experience of having to spend over an hour in their restaurant trying to order food. The issues began when they told us we couldnt use the 300 peso per person consumable voucher in the restaurant. As this was the first time we had done the tour we checked several times with CC staff if we can use the vouchers at the restaurant. Every one said yes, except of course the restaurant staff who advised it was for the beachside buffet only. This would have been fine if the staff had given us the correct info prior. The Spervisor eventually approved them after he refusedto come and speak to us about it. Fail! BTW several tables were observed with the same issue. Next up the menu looked improved so we were excited as we were all hungry after the drive. We then spent the next 40mins trying to order food. We would order then they would come back 5-10 mins later saying it was unavailable. No joke, more than 85% of the menu was unavailable, it was incredible the level of incompetent stock ordering by a so called Chef that i have seen. So after a long drive and just wanting some food, Canyon Cove once again showed the complete incompetence of their Management Team. If we hadnt just driven so far with an infant and wanted a swim we would have left.
Score: Pool and beach great. Restaurant Experience is one of the worst, most incompetent i have seen anywhere. The Management Team and F&B Team (particularly Chef) would not stay employed 5 minutes anywhere else. My recommendation is either improve the team or replace them.
So that will be the last time we will visit them. Such a shame as the general facilities are good but obviously their ego is that they dont need to do better because customers still come. My comment is that you are paying "3-4 Star" money to go there dont settle for their "1 Star" service and attitude.

My reservation was MArch28 to 29 but it was moved to Apr7 to 8 due to system error. Ok minus point on that one but when we got there to see the place... it was too awesome that words can't even describe it.. the room is soooo big.. i mean i am expecting a suite.. but it was so spacious.. there was a living room, a kitchen and dining, separate toilet for maid.. and separate masters bedroom and king size bed with its own shower room and bathtub... ok forget about the system error on reservations.. they made we say "AWE" on the room.. our maid got a separate room on the living room and my kids stayed on the master bedroom.. the view was amazing from our room..

we went to go swimming and life guards were always ready and friendly.. they dont allow people not on swim wear.. buti na lng naka rash guard buong family ko including yayas.. the beach were ok...sandy with few rocks.. and less sea weeds which is nice.. but not so white as in puerto galera white beaches..

for the food, theres a fine dining and on the spot paihaw near the fine dining.. we tasted both.. the waiters were very friendly on the fine dining.. the paihaw were also fast and cheap.. we are expecting expensive but we just paid less 400ish on the paihaw for liempo, barbecue, pusit and hotdog.. not bad and my kids love it so much.
The next morning.. we got free breakfast for two.. there was a buffet line and we line there.. They were serving rice, corn beef, egg and daing na bangus.. they did not asked for our coupon.. so I gave it to our maid and she got free breakfast too (which is only good for 2).. so nice on on that.. hehehe

-Nice place
-Nice room
-Nice food
-Nice beaches
-we got hard time parking since its peak season and it seems there were no parking space.. also i saw someone made accident scratches on others car but since no one is around, he just left the area..
-also room we got was on fourth floor at the far side so we had to walk.. ok for me but not for kids..

For me Acuatico in Laiya is the best in Batangas.. I think this is second or shall I say best in Nasugbu..

Room Tip: make sure there will be system error on making online reservation, so that they will amend on that and will give you a nice spacious room

Our stay has been good, we enjoyed the pool and the beach as well as our room, which was very spacious and has a nice balcony with a decent view.

The only huge downside of the place is the food. There’s only one restaurant, and it’s too pricy for the quality of food they serve. It’s just not worth it. If you brought a car you may be able to go out and look for a better resto, but it is a hassle. Your other options are the small stalls near the pool selling finger foods and noodles.

Staff has been ok too. Not the warmest or most polite, but we did not have any issue dealing with them.

The food is such a shame because the place itself is very nice.

Summertime is always full so a bit crowded but still a good place to go because of the price (metrodeal promos) and the beach and pool are very accessible compared to other resorts in Nasugbu.

Our ref in the room was not working. Tried to call housekeeping or front desk but no answer they were too bust with so many guests so I didnt mind. Front desk ladies are nice and friendly.

At night they have a poolside bar and grill which although smoky is a nice place to chill over dinner and a drink orvtwo before calling it a night.

Stayed here for 3d2n for this trip and still bitin. Will still be back.
