Our stay was more than OK. Don´t expect too much (you definitely won´t for the money you pay) and you´ll surely be nicely surprised. I appreciate nice staff (which is not always a rule in Slovakia) the most. Kids liked the kids time-out zone, you can play ping-pong there or even have a hot tub in the outside which is perfect when snowing. Food ordinary but fine and breakfast quite rich, didn´t even expected so much. I definitely recommend for people not minding a lower-key standard.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. It exceeded our expectations which were very low. Very good service for the price, excellent food, good beer (as everywhere in Slovakia) excellent Green Coffee and selection of teas. Staff expect ally at reception and bar very friendly. The rooms were clean enough and comfortable enough. Very good value for price
Hotel Liptov offers maybe the cheapest accomodation in Jasna. So don't expect exclusive rooms, it's rather like some hostel or dormitory.
But you can experience a lot of fun while having some drinks at the bar or dancing in Retrobar.
Food is nothing special but not bad, neither. You'll welcome rich breakfast after long night in the bar :)
Rooms are clean, bathroom smaller but also very clean. The hotel is famous with his quite long history, renovation of some areas are visible. Staff is very friendly, helpful. Kitchen has very good chefs, we preferred the hotel's dinners, they cook really delicious food till 10pm. Only one thing which really surprised us are new apartments under construction near the place.
Location: Not directly on the ski slopes but still walking distance. It's located in the forest with car access, sometimes wheel chains are needed.
Room: It's old "socialist style (1970s)" room but it's exactly what I expected. The room includes a separate toilet and a separate bathroom.
Restaurant: Breakfast (5 EUR per person) are provided as "all you can eat". They are good. Dinner from a la carte was good, the waiter is very nice.
Reception: Poor service - issues with keys, payments... there is a lot of space for improvements.
Fun: There is kids zone, indoor climbing, table tennis, reception bar and Retro Bar (with music and dancing), you can also get table games at reception.
Parking: Free in front of the hotel.
