Picturesque location, The staff is very helpful and they have great services. There is everything you need for a holiday trip. Restaurant in the hotel serves delicious tipical slovak food among other clasic dishes.
generally OK, eating fine, okay surroundings, communication is okay, the service is okay, no nice view from the window, no room for games (billiards, table football, bridge), please take into consideration comments about the room
Good localization 10 minutes to Ski Center, You can go there by bus. Room was ok, big enought, SPA was amazing lokalized in the next building, breakfast was ok also localized ia a restaurant beside the hotel.
This hotel is great location. Rooms are very cozy and clean, The only minus is the thin wall and loudspeakers neighbors. Breakfast is delicious, the food is mediocre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We stopped by in the hotel restaurant and enjoyed the playground. Both hotel and restaurant personel were very kind and welcoming. Outside playground is also nice and very handy for families with kids ☺ Hotel is located near the road to Jasna ski center but surrounded by forest.
