It is family friendly hotel. It has nice small playroom close to restaurant. Food was fine, but the diner was served only until 7pm and on the first day you can not choose your meal. Pool ok, but the steps seemed dangerous.
Staff was very nice, no complaints there.
The wifi connection was very bad, and combined with the bad mobile network coverige in this area, it posed significant problem for us.
Area is great, there is plenty to do within 30km.

We went for skiing as a couple, but actually hotel is more for families with children. The hotel has equipment for everything what family with children need, even in restaurant. Rooms are fully furnished, dinner has quite small portions, we went to the restaurant following 3 days. Disadvantage is distance between the hotel and ski slope, you can take shuffle bus or take your car and park near the ski center.
If Slovakia intends to attract tourists it really needs to start educating hotel and hospitality staff on the art of welcoming guests.
The FIM would be a good place to start. The reception and bar staff are quite simply awful. On New Years Day you had the person operating the reception area indicating that the bar area was open to guests to enjoy 'afternoon tea and coffee' whereas the bar man had a totally different opinion and was very very happy to share that opinion with us.
Never again. That said, during this trip to Slovakia where we experienced 6-8 different restaurants a variety of cafes, I have to say that Slovakia have a long road to go as, on average, they were an appallingly unfriendly and unhelpful lot.
Hotel close to Demänovska Cave of Liberty, by the main road. It is nice, family hotel. Room we had was old, modestly furnished, but it was ok, we didn't await luxury. Restaurant is simple, breakfast - classic simple buffet, dinner - you can choose from few meals. Hotel has one mini pool, jacuzzi (strong smell of cholrine), you can have massage. I think this hotel is good for families with children who want to spend a cheap holiday in Jasná.
Very nice mid size(less than 50 rooms) completely hotel located 2.5 km from Ski Jasna - Zahradky. Hotel is after complete reconstruction. Very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, home kitchen style dinners (not every day dinner's menu to chose from was vegetarian friendly though), fair enough space for parking and free wifi. The best price for value you can get anywhere near. Walls between rooms don't provide much of sound absorption, so shower or more people discussion next door might wake you up in the middle of the night. Free massage was short but good, however sauna for 6 euros per person per hour is way more than it should be..
Nice staff, good food, attractive price and very close to sky slopes all u really need!!!
They have great breakfast(everything u want) if you meaty person or vegetarian. same applies for dinner you have 5 meals to choose from. Plus little gym and ok mini swimming pool.
We are coming back for sure.

Pekny hotel, super jedlo, prebohate ranajky, bazen a sauna v hotely, free wifi kusok ku svahom. Vlastna doprava alebo si zastavite skybus date par drobnich soferovi lebo tam neni zastavka a vybavene!
