We staying with family at the hotel from 01/03 to 01/11/2022. Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, customer care, great healthy food and lots of fun for the kids. I especially liked the SPA, the whole family is delighted! We will definitely come to Chopok again and again.

Nice and clean accommodation , big and spacious rooms, pool was ok, for kids and adults as well, food was weak,services average, not worth the money, bar prices extremely high, ski shuttle was working really well
The stay at the Welness Hotel Chopok during Silvester 2021 was very nice, but the promised longer wellnes during silvester night was not complied. On the other hand, the food was perfetct as usualy. Thank you.
Relatively good place, which was expensive due to New Years' Eve. Hotel staff was very unfriendly. We forgot to bring tooth paste. When we asked at the reception if they have some, they answered: 'it' s not their job to hold a hundred thousand tooth paste for everyone'. This is literally, what the receptionist said! Another time I asked at the restaurant in the afternoon, if we can get some light snacks, as the english description suggested. The answer was it is 'wrong translation'. Nothing like, ' oh, sorry, we don' t have them, but here is chips for you' No. All of this in a very rude tone. Don' t know if these people ever worked in tourism at all.
The place itself is nice, but it is not the merit of the staff.

Family room is big, clear.
