Room was big, nice, clean. We have view on the parking site 2nd floor, still nice view. During summer holiday there is program for children almost the whole day. Evening is minidisko, and then quiz for adults.
Meal was very tasty.

We stayed in the newer part of the hotel, in the top room with a fireplace and a stunning view through the glass balcony windows to the wooded hill opposite.
The food was nice and tasty with aprox.3-4 main dishes for adults and 2 childrens' to choose from.
Hotel has a decent adult swimming pool (we didn't visit the one suitable for kids in the older part of the hotel, though).
There is also a playroom with LEGO bricks for children to play.
There is also an Ice Cave nearby, but you have to climb up a steep path trough forrest to get there.
All in all, wellness hotel Chopok is a pleasant family hotel where you can spend a nice few days with your kids.

We´ve been to hotel Chopok already 10years back and it´s still the same amazing experience. I see many famliar faces in terms of waiters, bartenders, overall staff is very friendly and helpful. It´s visible now that hotel is not a brand new, but still it keeps it´s genius loci and it´s a pleasure to stay there. Especially when you have small kids / baby = everything and everybody is helpfull and suits you the best services.
What could be done better?.
1. definitelly not allow to smoke on balcony - this is something I do not understand how this can be allowed in 2021. Worst experience for was to wake up in bedroom of a smoke from cigarette of somebody smoking in different room / floor. Really this is shameful and smoking can be allowed outside of hotel only.
2. wifi signal - even if claimed 2,4G, it was super weak not able even to load page, about looking at video I would rather not write... again, in this developed society and hotel at this level I would expect this won´t be a theme to talk about...
3. room service should look if certain things are working properly in each room - eg. in bathroom hair dryier was working only partially, soap doser was not working, shower jets I had to clean from calc as only half of them was clean...
Nevertheless, I am planning to come again, apart of smoking which I am giving one star less everything here is perfect and you will enjoy your trip.
Everything was excellent as in the past. We´re common family with small kids returning to this hotel at least twice a year. We used to book de luxe family apartment with terrace and fireplace, there is a huge space, two bathrooms, two bedrooms. We like to play board games with kids in the lobby bar and bowling was very funny too. It worth to stay in this hotel.
Regarding to service and hospitality, this is great hotel. Also for stay with children. Comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool, activities for children. In my opinion, the culinary style dinner is not enough for someone. And if it is hot outside, it is hot in rooms as well.
