The hotel really deserves 4 stars! Clean, modern, effective... Nice staff (starting from the reception to the waiters...)
The hotel is hot huge (we counted about 25 rooms), very well equipped rooms with excellent beds (we even looked at the mattress so that we could buy the same brand in the future :-D), clean wellness (to which we had one remark - the saunas could have been switched on longer before wellness opening, at the opening time it was almost cold).
And what more, the food was exquisite - we like good food and we were absolutely satistfied.

We've had an excellent stay at the FIS Jasna hotel. A very big advantage of this place, is the fact, that the hotel is situated on just by the slope. There is also a dressing room, especially designed for the riders, where you could leave you equipment to dry, and the exit is straighly to the lift! :)

Perfect room, directly at skihill and next to skilifts. A lot of oportunities for a walk. Not suitable with small children. Meals were good but not gourman as was advertised. No kitchen pots or anything else in apartman with kitchen.

Room tip: Apartments are fine, quiet and large.

We spent there a weekend in September 2013 (out of skiing season). The hotel is nice, newly furnished, hotel staff was nice and helpful however the hotel doesn't have enough baby-friendly facilities e.g. children playroom (there was a space with some toys, children house, sliding in a conference room), enough baby-chairs in the restaurant, no baby-friendly spa etc. When it is raining outside there are only few possibilities for baby activities. However the room (we had an appartment) was very specious and children could play there too. The hotel is ideal for skiing season as a ski lift is nearby the hotel otherwise only few opportunities for activities with children around 1-4 years.

We got as a gift voucher to this hotel and spent 3 nights in this hotel first weekend in October. First of all if you are not going to ski, hotel is far away from cultural life. Receptionists trying to be nice but they are not very good actress. But first real surprise comming on room. In normal double room there is sideboard but withhout any equipment - no kettle, no complimentary tea or coffee, no cup or some pot. Only effect is such that you feel like you are sleeping in the kitchen. We also had a bad view on road and trashs. All entrance doors to the rooms have a terrible bang. And you can hear it inside. And you can hear your neighbors from both sides also. For two people there was just one small shower gel and hasn't changed during a whole 4 days. But rooms were cleaned every day.
You have a bathrobes and towels for spa on room but if you dont have your own slippers, have to buy it on reception for 1 Euro.
Whole hotel and restaurat is new and modern but I could smell mustiness inside of whirpoole and spa.
When you come to breakfast arout 9.30 (breakfast is until 10) there is not have a lot to choose. When you ask of course they will bring you what you ask for. And don't forget, diner is only to 9.30 pm in whole valley.
The only service that we appreciated was the hotel restaurant staff.
Maybe it's a good hotel for skiers (next to ski lift) but not when you are going out of ski season and certainly its services can't be compared with other 4 * hotels in which I have been.

Room tip: ask for higher floors and bring your own earplugs, slippers (or buy it on reception for 1Euro) and don't count with complimentary tea or coffee and ask for kettle on reception.

Dear guest,
We are very sorry that your weekend spent at Hotel FIS Jasna didn´t meet your expectations. However we would like to point out that the kitchenettes in the rooms and appartments are highly appreciated by the guests travelling with children. When reception is informed in advance we are preparing a kettle and othe requested equipment. It is not used to every day cooking. Our restaurant is opened daily from 7:30 untill midnight so there is no problem to order tea or cofffee and as well room service.
All our Deluxe rooms are situated on the side facing the wood, if you wanted to have a view to the slopes you should book One Bedroom Apartment. As we are in the altitude 1220 m above sea level, the highest situted hotel in Jasna, the road ending at our hotel is not used by the cars only for the service to the lifts and the hotel is in very quiet area.
The information about the restaurant you have mentioned is not correct, the last meal order is at 9:30pm, the kitchen is open untill 10pm and the restaurant untill midnight.
Breakfasts are served from 7:30 till 10:00, so for the late guests we are serving a la carte breakfast which is more luxury then the buffet breakfast.
Thank you for your review, we do all our best to improve our service.
