I visit regularly hotel restaurant and café. Hotel has cosy interior design. Food is excellent, serving sometimes takes a while. Hotel next to the slope and ski lift. Rooms are nice and cosy. Restaurant is serving good food. I wish there was bigger pool as the current one is crowded in the afternoons. I also confirm lack of AC and smells from the kitchen entering the room when you open the window. FInally the staff at the reception could be better informed/trained in terms of providing full set of information at check in and during the stay. THey were not sure where i can rent skiis, where i can find doctor, we asked for the extra duvet and we were told to wait until next day (and it never arrived!) etc.

A nice and cozy hotel right next to the skiing slope. Everything looked brand new and of high quality. During our free time we enjoyed the spa which was clean and well taken care of, with complimentary fruits and teas. Even though we mostly liked food in the restaurant, some dinner starters like a “ham foam” reminded me more of a kindergarten than a four-star hotel.

The smell of the kitchen that enters rooms! Yes indeed, there is no AC...
And the worst, the service... We ask for some help, and the answer was, it will close in 10 minutes. I am wondering how we will handle the situation again.

We loved this hotel. The rooms, staff, food and spa were all top notch.
The rooms were very comfortable and we all slept well. they were very clean although the fur on the walls could have been dusted better for those with allergies. The view from the balcony was amazing although we would have liked a chair or two to sit and enjoy it.
Breakfast was a large choice of food and drinks including smoothies! The spa was our favourite part and we often set out early just to enjoy it for as long as possible.

It was our first dinner in jasna.we decide to go to hotel pošta. Hotel IS perfect and here are best waiter ever Boris Stacho. He IS top . Everything was perfect! Food was umbelivable. Ee taka a meat:)
