Very good hotel, standard room a little bit small but nice. Very nice shower with perfect water temperature, sink was blocked though so we informed the hotel personnel. Big selection of sweet, salty and healthy options for breakfast. It was nice that they had plastic plate and cup for baby. They also have a safe playground near the lobby for kids. We did not use the spa facilities since we stayed there for 1-night only.

Stayed for a couple of days in August, the hotel is in a great position a short walk to the chair lift that was operating to give access to the mountain (€5 for a two day pass). We were given a refurbished room and it was extremely nice décor with a nice stone feature wall in the bathroom. The hotel was very busy including the pool area with young families and as such was a little noisy and boisterous, but all those with children looked to be enjoying themselves and the hotel had plenty of activities to keep the children entertained. If you are wanting a quite break as a couple, then maybe school summer holiday time is not the time to visit this hotel. Dinner was a buffet style affair and the food was reasonable and a good choice. Liked the location and the hotel. There is also an ATM machine at the hotel.

The rooms are of decent size and quite clean; the size of the large bathroom with the generous size of the mirrors and storage place there. As a minus the rooms do not have air conditioning (we were summer and it was very hot) and it has no corner for coffee / tea.
There is Spa but the size of the pool and also the rest area near it is too small.
In the hotel there is a mini club for children and although not many toys manage to involve types in a variety of activities.
Evening entertainment program in loby (without music) in Slovak language only (no consideration for tourists from other countries)
Breakfast / dinner is quite ok. although the food could be a little more diversified (as for the side dishes for dinner, not just potatoes, rice). Attention towards the end of the program "disappears" part of the assortments. We stayed for 4 days and gathered around 20:30 at no time (although dinner is served until 9.30 pm)

.Very good hotel- delicious food, very nice rooms and fun sauna and pool.
food was excellent every night and although the breakfast is European style, it still had good salads and good food. the nature that surrounds the hotel is amazing in the summer time, so much green and water!

Eating in non familiar countries is always exciting and sometimes you just need to accept what you get. Our first night eating in the hotel was plagued with fault with 6 members of the restaurant team “being too busy to deal with us” (the restaurant was only one fifth full) and it just snowballed from one disaster to the next.
Our second night was a totally different experience (just as quiet) but because Zuzana took interest in everyone the experience was a polar opposite.
Advise to management: make sure that all
Your team members are able to explain how things work and don’t respond “I’m too busy”

It all starts with your arrival. The check in just takes way too long. It got me feeling like I was at the immigration office. It took minimum 15 minutes and I'm not including waiting in the line. The restaurant is good, thats about it. Nothing more or less. The staff would definitely benefit from extra training about service. Wellness was very good, clean, nice experience. Honestly I dont think it's worth 230 Euros a night that we paid for a night.

We are sorry for the waiting time at the recpetion desk. Unfortunately, while we have a lot of check-ins in one day, it can cause this, because we have to follow a lot of work and legal procedures in this process.
We really appreciate your recommendation to extra training for our staff. But we would like to assure you, that we are do that every day. We hired a lot of new staff member during the last period, so we have some work to do with them :). But we beliave that we are able to improve the services.
