I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the Glencolmcille Folk Village this past summer and highly recommended it to other visitors. If you are at all interested in Irish history or culture this is sure to please. The exhibits are well thought-out and informative with a bit of fun thrown in for good measure (kiddies be sure to keep your eyes peeled for the faerie doors in the hillsides!). There is also a tearoom which you can visit with or without admission into the museum that serves good food and drink at a very reasonable price. A must-see in Glencolmcille!
