Staff were friendly, the room was nice although we had some issues with the shower, they gave us two single beds pushed together rather than a king bed which we booked. The included breakfast is ok, but as others said they are really slow to restock we had to ask for cutlery and glasses as they didn’t replenish. The wifi is really, really bad. Location is good - it’s a about a 5-10 min walk to old town.

We enjoyed our couple of nights here, we had booked a superior room with balcony. The view was fantastic, slight draw back was that although we had booked a non smoking room and assumed the adjoining rooms would be too, we had to close the patio doors most of the time as people were smoking on the next balcony and it was coming straight into our room! The pool area is lovely, and there are plenty of outdoor and indoor seating/lounge areas. The hotel also have sun-loungers on the sea shore for guest who want to swim in the sea. The breakfast - food is ok but the drinks are dire, the juice was not juice at all and undrinkable, and the coffee was really bad. This is made worse by not having any tea/coffee facilities in the room - us Brits need our morning caffeine!
Reception staff were brilliant, friendly, efficient and very helpful. I would give 5 stars if the morning drink situation was sorted.

Ten minute walk from old town and ferry terminal, easy walk. Nice room with balcony but unfortunately enough sun to enjoy it. There was a quiet room, an outside pool and beach at the door. Breakfast was plentiful.

Just returned from here as a party of 3 adults and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and hard working and the beds were very comfy. The food was good although as it was buffet style it lacked presentation. There were always 2 soups on offer, cold meats, cheeses, salad bar, olives etc fresh bread as starters, 4 or 5 meat dishes, 2 fish, vegetables, pasta, pizza, risotto plus desserts ice cream and fresh fruit. Some people have commented that the food was tepid and plates cool but that seems to be usual in many countries, in Italy and Greece it is the same, they just don't do piping hot food. If you want to eat out there are bars and restaurants 5 minutes away and it only takes 15 minutes to walk into town. The breakfast buffet is excellent apart from the fruit juice from a machine. The views from the restaurant terrace are amazing and you can eat outside. The pool is refreshing but not suitable for young children as it is too deep, but you can use the pool at hotel marco polo next door and also the wellness suite there. The hotel is right on the shore and you can swim from there but it is rocky so take shoes if you have sensitive feet, or buy them in town. The only downside was that when we arrived we got dropped at the hotel jetty by water taxi and had to lug cases up masses of stairs. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anybody with mobility problems as there are lots of stairs and the lift doesn't go right down to the dining room.

Don't bother booking a sea view as the balcony wall is so high you can't see over it. Excellent location only a short walk to the old town but would recommend taking a torch with you for the evenings. The food was terrible particularly dinner. Everything is cold no matter what time you go down. At breakfast they ran out of cutlery and plates every day with often either the pancake or 1 of 2 coffee machines broken. We persevered with breakfast but gave up with dinner choosing to eat out despite being half board.

The room itself was clean and comfy. It was a shame the hotel had little atmosphere and would question the 4* rating.
