I was VERY impressed by my first experience of Frontier and the second flight of the week was just as impressive. Nice staff, good room, good service, prompt/on time, and I even got a good hearted hug from the flight attendant when I disembarked (she hugged some people that she knew immediately before me and I jokingly held my arms open as I approached and she just smiled and gave me a great hug, too.

Well done Frontier - you could give some lessons to the European budget carriers!

I'm a 30 year old male who has never been on a plane before. I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and accommodating the staff with this airline is. All of my questions and concerns were addressed with a friendly demeanor, the flight was smooth and there was a charismatic atmosphere during the entire trip. I haven't flown any other airlines but can attest to this carrier... they get you to your destination while assuring you that everything is 100PCT. I give their staff 10/10.

Upon getting my flight through Expedia I chose frontier for the low fair for both my husband and I! 600 for the both of us. Mind you the next airline was only fifty dollars more expensive (JetBlue). Upon checking in online to much dismay I found out they were now going to charge me for a checked back which is standard but also for my carryon ???! And the same amount ? A bit disgruntled here I then called to make sure this was the case! Not only was is correct, they charge for each flight!!!! So after our layover we have to again pay an additional 74.00 (Total-144.00) to have my baggage accompany my quote low priced ticket! I contacted Expedia and they told me after much debate with the airline they refused to refund me my money only after making the flight 4 hours prior to my discoveries, and they would honor a future flight credit! WHY WOULD I FLY WITH THEM AFTER THIS ? Makes no sense whatsoever! I am extremely pissed at this receipt and I intend to not only file a complaint every single day on every online app, but I am filing a better business bureau complaint along with an attorney general complaint. These corporate schmucks dupe you into thinking you're getting a low fare and then ultimately charge you crazy fees after you purchased your ticket! I could have paid just 50 more for the jet blue flight and not had a problem at all! This isn't a mistake I'll ever make again and I'm going to let everyone know it as best as I can! This is absolutely horrible!

With Frontier, you basically pay for what is important to you. You get a good rate on a flight, but you will have other expenses depending on what you need or want. If you want to choose your seat, you pay a little more. If you have luggage, you pay for that. If you want something to drink on your flight, you pay for that. But if you basically want to get from point A to point B, this is great. Our flights were on time, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the luggage was off loaded quicker than other flights I have been on. They do offer you their credit card on the flight but there is no pressure to take an application at all. I was pleased enough after my flight that I joined their Discount Den for even better deals on future flights. They will credit your miles retro-actively if you sign up within 180 days of your flight. You might need a receipt or boarding pass to get those points, so hold on to them for a little while. I did not need them but the website says you might. Frontier has just earned a repeat customer!

I will never fly Frontier again, when I purchased the tickets on Kayak, I paid for a round trip flight for two people, the layover was an hour and a half for the tickets I purchased which would put us at the last airport at a reasonable hour so we could rent our car and drive 3 more hours to our destination.

A month later my husband and I got a notice that the flight schedule had changed and the layover that was an hour and a half changed to SEVEN hours. I called Frontier to get this fixed or find another flight and they told me that there were no other flights for days before or after our scheduled trip and there had never been a flight at that time. False advertising and they charge outrageous fees for seats and bags and even your “carry on”.

Oh but I did get a 25 dollar voucher for those 7 wasted hours of my life… Thanks Frontier.
