I've flown Xiamen air several times but this will be the last time I do. As far as the flight attendants go they are very good. Albeit this was an older plane the condition of the seats were terrible. I heard something crunching when I sat down, It felt like there was a spring digging into my left thigh. I reached out to the flight attendant asking if there was another seat I could sit in. She agreed there was something wrong with the seat but the flight was full. She tried to put some tissue in between the cushion and the seat material and brought me an extra blanket to layover the seat..This did help but this foam should have been replaced years ago. The usb chargers on all 3 seats where I was sitting did not work. When I went to use the 120 volt outlet below the seat to charge my phone it was so worn out it would not hold the charger. OK so this was all the bad on the flight from Xiamen to LAX.... Except that in between Guangzhou and LAX the baggage handlers somehow broke off one of the handles on my luggage.. It's been two weeks of run around with this airline and still not gotten an answer as to how they will rectify this. Unacceptable customer DIS service. Ridiculous the hoops I have had to jump through to no avail
