With all the new airlines that appear and disappear constantly on the market one is somehow sceptical about an unknown airline. We were belated on the online checking and therefore had to pay the reservation the moment we gave up the luggage. This was not a problem, although of course it was more expensive than the on-line checking. Next time we will hopefully be able to book our seats earlier. The flight left punctually Vienna and the flight attendants were friendly and attentive. One really only speaks with them when one buys something on board. We arrived on time in Bari. It was an agreeable flight. The flight was really better than I expected!

The flight had more than 1 hour unpredicted delay before the boarding. I waited all time long in the gate whitout knowing anything about the real time of take-off, and once landed I´ve past my train connections. Next time I´ll rather pay a bit more than fly again whit this company.
The only positive note is for the hostess, nice and kind.

From time to time, Wizz Air insists on being extra precise with free luggage. They put all cabin luggage into the sizer even if the luggage was visibly all right. Not a nice way to start the flight, having to wait in the queue longer and watching the frustration of the people whose luggage was a few centimetres above the sizer.

The flight was according to the segment low cost , from the check in until landing , at least at the check in they should improve their method .

Very nice and polite staff! The seats was little damaged, but not uncomfortable!
This is my second time to fly with them and I have no objections.
The price and quality ratio is proportional.
