Booked a flight on line for 21/08 at the airport Katowice Pyrzowice Poland they told me that there is no space for me as the flight is overbooked by 5 people!!! And every day they have the same problem!!!! First flight avalible to come back to London Luton is on the 26/08!!! I will never ever flight with Wizzair!!!!

Bought tickets online in UK. Could not check in nor print the boarding pass without calling the Wizz air hotline. Was not told about the cabin baggage size allowance. Got to airport in Budapest with the surprise that our cabin baggage that we use all the time when travelling on planes would not be allowed on board without paying an excess charge of 45 Euros per bag. Seating in plane uncomfortable, not much leg room, vinyl seats. Flight left 50 minutes late. Cabin staff friendly. Ground staff not helpful nor understanding. Will definately NOT fly on this airline again.

All in all an unpleasant experience. Queues at wizzair too long despite having checked in online, in complete contrast to super efficient easy jet check in at Edinburgh. Then an appalling time trying to get through throngs of people to gate. At least everything was relatively painless at actual gate !

Nice flight to Budapest. Crew were friendly and helpful. Seat pitch is quite tight but that's standard for low cost these days.

Wish they would accept Amex on their site though and hopefully they will scrap the large cabin bag fee!

Last 2 flights delayed around 2 hours. 6 August 2017 from Doncaster to Gdansk delayed 2hr, as well as today's return flight . Awful and really upsetting situation. Try to avoid if you can, as this company do not respect customers
