We had no problems with Volaris. Flights were on time, flight attendants were kind and helpful. Yeah, they were crowded, especially the Guadalajara to Fresno flight, but that's to be expected and we were never uncomfortable. We felt we had a better overall customer service experience all the way around than we had with United. The price was an incredible deal, and we will definitely be using Volaris again!

Oaxaca is one of the colourful state in Mexico. With a lot of mexican history, really great people and food. I'll be back soon

Have you heard the bad reviews about Spirit Airlines? Volaris is worse by a factor of 100.

Cramped seats are an understatement. Upgrade your seat for a little leg room - the seats don't recline as it's an exit row.

Want a snack? Don't bother.

Want a drink? Don't bother.

As US expats living in Mexico, we travel to/from the US and have used Volaris a number of times. Overall the service has been fine -- when you consider that even the "leading US airlines" have lowered the level of service they provide. Compared with their terrible service, Volaris doesn't seem so bad.

However the Volaris.com website is absolutely HORRENDOUSLY designed, wastes an enormous amount of customer's time and uses its confusing design to add charges. Advice: If booking online, WRITE DOWN the price you're quoted and if it is suddenly higher, step back to find where Volaris had you add insurance when you didn't intend to take it, or some other charge. Buyer beware!!!!

The price was phenomenal.... nothing else was. We were fine with the lack of creature comforts that most airlines provide, however, the flight attendants were inattentive, ignoring trash piling up, allowing children to run amok and disturb the passengers. Confirming your booking is a total nightmare, and is impossible to accomplish online. Fortunately the staff at the check- in desk was as helpful as the flight attendants weren’t. This particular flight is the only nonstop between these two cities, so I’d take it again, but for other routes it might be worth a few extra bucks to avoid the aggravation.
