The sitting and walking space is super small. They charge for all the drinks, I am happy that they still do not charge for H2O. I have tried to buy a ticket that is been advertised at a good price, but when you add price for checking luggage...OMG it became more expensive then the Airline competitor-AeroMexico!

I guess this sets the standard for "no frills." Be sure to bring your own snacks. Plane was clean, which was a surprise. Flight was on time (first flight of the day) down to Cancun. The return flight was 2 hours delayed (afternoon.) And that is the rub with Charter flights, there is zero inventory to shuffle into position. If the service gets backed up, it has a ripple effect throughout the downstream flights. I'm retired, so I'm more able to accept delays . . other may not be in the same position, so beware! No in-flight entertainment of any kind. Flight attendants were MIA for all but 5 minutes of the flight.

the space between seats is smaller everytime they keep putting more seats on their planes, they say so the tickets could be cheaper, but at this moment is unacceptable im 6.2" and is impossible to fit into the space betwen seats its not easy to be 3 hours like that

Volaris has a sort of a la carte system where you only pay for what you plan to use. I'm not sure how some of the features work, like why I need to pay for "personal attention", but whatever. That said, when you book, do keep in mind the luggage restrictions for the fare that you choose. If you stay within your chosen ones, you're good, and the flight can be a very good deal. If you end up needing to pay for extra luggage or an extra carry on, you'll pay out the nose. One carry on - SMALL! Not the normal, I-squished-all-my-stuff-in-this-roll-aboard bag type thing that works on the other major airlines. Can't do that without paying. And drinks and snacks are not free. Bring your own is better anyway.

Flight was delayed about 30 mins, but knowing that this flight was in the middle of high vacation season, that wasn't as bad as I expected. They did an "upgrade" to their webpage, for me it's not really user friendly: lots of clicks to get to find the list of flights for selected route, web check could be improved. they say they don't provide any complimentary drink because of flat prices, but the truth, their prices are usually as expensive as their competitor Aeromexico, unless you book your flight with close to a year in advance.
