“Not Too Bad but cramped seating in economy is nearly inhumane”

Consider other airlines for trips of 4 or hours or more in length. I have non-US airlines to find better legroom and seat comfort. Baggage handling and in-flight service tends to be better when flying on any airline beside United. Hated O Hare US Customs and Immigration processing. Slow, understaffed and just miserable. Avoid United and O Hare if you can.

This non-stop flight is very convenient. I always travel with this airline. The crew is always very hospitable.

Had to check carry-on due to overcrowding but it made it through a flight change in Houston and showed up in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Both flight from Philadelphia and flight from Houston were packed and seating is uncomfortable.

We boarded the plane on time. However, Amazon had preloaded their packages. It took over an hour to unload the Amazon packages in order to load our personal baggage.
The flight was fine, the service OK, but the seats were tight and the legroom
non-existant.

Flight was delayed by just under an hour. There was good communication about this though, text and e-mail. The flight was quicker than initially advertised so we arrived earlier than expected.
The walk from the main area at terminal 2 in Heathrow to the plane at the B Gates can take 10-15 minutes depending on the speed you walk, so be aware of that.
It is worth paying to board quicker as well, as the overhead compartment fill up quick.
