Chicago to Maui is a 9.5 hr flight, one of the longer domestic flights. In fact, it is as long or longer than many transatlantic flights. But being a domestic route, I was worried about the level of service we would be provided on such a long flight.
The service of the stewards was very good. While the flight was full and they were busy, they had a friendly attitude and took good care of us.
The entertainment streaming services were not so good. Periodically, the show or movie being streamed would stop or the app would take us back to the menu. This would require us to restart the program and scroll to the last spot we were watching. But eventually, we were able to watch what we wanted.
The rest of the services were average: OK leg room (I'm 180cm), OK elbow room, OK meals (for airline food). It is exactly what we've come to expect in economy, nothing special but nothing terrible.
