We paid over $7,000 for round trip in the new Polaris Business Class. After that they wanted $29.95 for wifi. This was disgusting. In addition, the advertised lounges don't exist except in Chicago. I can't say how nickel and dime this is. They should be ashamed.

Just awful. Help that does not speak English. The planes are late canceled mis booked. How do you book a flight that arrives at 7:02 to a connecting at 7:05? $30 for wifi $6 to watch TV.

Go with one of the economy carriers. Better service without the price.

Wonderful Flight. Airport personnel extremely helpful and Friendly. Comfortable flight and great pilot and stewardess. Recommend this airline.

Nice Smooth Flight ! Smaller plane so not a lot of moving around room but it was a short flight ! Nice accommodating stewardess and informative pilot.

I traveled from Austin to Chicago and then on to Anchorage. The flight was good. I purchased extra leg room and glad I did. We did not have any issues on the flight. I liked the TV in the back of the seats. They gave us free tv due to issues they were having. I liked being able to watch the flight map. The flight attendants were friendly and helpful.
