Amazing customer service, food, facilities, entertainment...

From now on my only choice is TK.

Turkish Airlines requests all passengers to wear face muzzles ... Since when has this company been concerned about people's health and since when can a company tell you what to wear. This is corporate facism all in accordance with Agenda 2030. If you want to live under a facist dictatorship then go ahead and wear a mask but why should others suffer!

The best airline i have ever flied with in Europe by far.

Very comfortable, amazing customer service, food, facilities, entertainment.

Turkish Airlines screwed up big time and I missed an important meeting and lost rental car and hotel payments. So what do you normally do? You call Customer Service. Problem is, no I'm not making this up, Turkish Air has no customer service person to speak to!!!!! You have to give "feedback" over the website or to a person. This person at Turkish Air then types your "feedback" and sends a message to Turkish Air. Then Turkish air supposedly will address the issue. In other words, you don't actually get to speak directly to anyone in customer service!!!!! All you get is a Turkish Air employee writing a note, stating God knows what! You don't get to express your points, concerns and upset to an actual person who can resolve or even address your issue!!!!!!!! How is this even possible! That's total BS! Oh, and I call day after day waiting for a response that has yet to come and then when I call in I get the "we will pass the message on" and for all I know they are doing absolutely nothing. Hey! Turkish Air, show your customers some respect and actually offer direct Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

We traveled 8 hours. They gave us 3 x baguette, no hot drinks, no beer

We will choose another airline next time
