You claim for receiving the feedback within 7 days. IT IS NOT TRUE! I am tired about your automatic responses: I APOLOGIZE, I AM SORRY, OUR TEAM WILL CONTACT YOU SOON... STOP !!! I want a feedback right now from my request. How come you have a terrible service like this.

the flight from Madrid to Istanbul has been great, the stewardess who was at the check-in was really helpful.
The seats were comfortable and the entertainment system was also above par.
The flight back from Manila (even though it was a 12-hour flight) has been a breeze.

The flight was amazing and the crew was very friendly. We could watch a movie, a tv serie and play games :-)

although its a long flight, the plane are comfortable and the in flight entertainment make the time fly fast

Terrible Terrible Airline avoid at all cost please, Turkish airlines lost my baggage on 15/8/2019 and it is now 4/9/2019 on my trip from istanbul to bangkok. After many many attempts to contact them through phone calls email facebook and other avenue's all i get is a message through facebook saying somebody will contact me but all i get is an email with a link which i have filled out 3 times but no other response. No communication no service not even the common courtesy of a confirmation email or phone call. absolutely terrible airline to deal with and do yourself a favour and avoid at all cost. They have turned what was a magnificent holiday into a nightmare and all my precious belongings and cloths are missing. Terrible Terrible Airline
