Although our flight was delayed for 2 hours we were compensated from Southwest for a $100. voucher for a future flight. The crew was courteous and competent. They provided a variety a snacks and not just pretzels. Overall a great experience from Southwest.

Always great staff. No fuss seating if you do the early bird check in. Love the free checked bags. The plane was clean and very well kept.

short and sweet, my flight was very short and it went off without a problem.on time both ways, all i can say is keep it up southwest.

Southwest always provides excellent service with some of the best flight crew and pilots. My wife and I recently traveled to California for vacation and it was a smooth take off and landing. My wife does not do planes, so a smooth ride made the trip more enjoyable.

Southwest gives good service, free bags, no hidden charges and is usually on time. We paid the extra to be first to check in, so we have a better chance to get in the
"A Boarding Group" which gives you a better chance for seats with more legroom.
