Tripadvisor keeps sending me emails reminding me to review an airline flight, so here's yet another praise for SWA. These guys consider the customers as real people, and treat them that way. Kinda like Chick-Fil-A in the fast food business, or Publix supermarkets, there's so much other companies could learn from the way SWA makes the customer experience as pleasant as possible. Try to avoid the other guys unless they way undercut SWA's price and you're sure you won't make changes. If only the customers weren't so rude and would line up in the correct slot/order for boarding!
