Southwest Airlines treats people like most airlines used to. They charge you for a ticket & that was all!. You still received 2 checked bags & soft drinks & wheat thin crackers free.

We had a credit of $60 to use on Southwest Airlines for a flight we did not use last year. It was going to expire soon and Southwest happened to have a $49 airfare sale. So we were able to get a couple of round trip tickets for a total of $136 which is AWESOME. Considering the airfare exchange fees on most airlines, Southwest Airlines has the best and easiest change policy EVER! We would definitely recommend Southwest Airlines to anyone.

I am partially disabled due to a hip injury. All of my needs were met with excellence and competency: curb side check in, wheelchair, special accommodations (pre-boarding), baggage claim assistance, curb side taxi assistance.

The Staff has Superior training. I would not want to fly with any other airline. Southwest Airlines cares about their travelers and puts forth extraordinary effort to show it.

Been flying Southwest for many years and it has continued to provide good service and comfort. Flight Attendants are very entertaining and always have your safety in mind. They are friendly and ready to accommodate your needs. Pilots greeted the passengers on the plane and I have seen them help out the staff at the gate as well. They make their presence know and show they care for the passengers.& their safety. Love the 2 free check baggage which saves on total flight cost, even if you purchase Early Bird check-in (to ensure good seat selection) - flight cost still reasonable. I love flying Southwest.

Southwest Airlines is a “low cost” carrier with bare minimum cushioning in the seats, cookies, crackers and pretzels for snacks and no food for a five hour flight. They offer no in-flight entertainment, unless you can access their WiFi.
