A group of 12 and I was so nervous to do the flight check in lottery system. I got to the airport and they do all our boarding passes, and free luggage check in. We were in zone B and easily all 12 got their seats, and a couple of us switched so that families could sit together and vice versa. The check in agents and the gate agents were professional, polite and helpful. The flight attendants were very nice, and helpful and gave all a good laugh. The pilot was amusing, and it was a good landing. The whole crew made the experience so wonderful, and now it will always be Southwest.

Another great flight with SWA. I truly love flying with them. Pilots are always nice, sociable and keep you informed

I had a business trip in Tampa and decided to give Southwest Airlines a try, since I usually fly with JetBlue. The fairs were very reasonable, the staff was courteous, and I enjoyed the "no assign seat rule". It makes boarding the plane go so much faster and the aisles clear fast. You don't have to wait for passengers to look and find their seats, just sit where you like. Another reason why I like Southwest Airlines is you're allowed two carry-ons for free. I don't usually fly with a lot of luggage, but to avoid the check-in luggage process is a HUGE PLUS.

For the second time this month professionalism and basic customer service proves remarkably elusive at Southwest Airlines. On my 49th flight this year of which I have used the same carry on bag every time , Danetta with Southwest decides it's now, 48 flight later, too big. Ask her to check it on the plane that I fly frequently and it fits on all size planes SW operates. She refuses and is abrupt, rude, and unprofessional. More of the same unfortunately from what use to be a good experience on what use to be a great airline. Southwest has turned into a decent fare airline with horrible customer service !
