Our overnight flight to Melbourne from HCM City via Singapore was effortless, thanks largely to the exit row seats. One major disappointment was the inflight entertainment which is looking tired and old fashioned compared to many of Singapore's cheaper competitors.

Nothing special. quite dissapointed considering how much hype they got. whats all the fuss about? Emirates does it better. Air NZ had a better entertainment system. For two (10) hour flights it was appalling. The aircraft felt like it was of a domestic flight , uncomfortable seats. rude constipated staff.

Seriously, how much does a smile cost? Its like they had permanent PMS, and its like one has committed a crime when asking for help!

My first flight with "Singapore" and hopefully I can use them for all my long haul flights in the future. From stepping aboard the service was excellent, the food was definitely well above average and the regular visits by flight attendants provided drinks etc.
The in flight entertainment was good I watched "Three Billboards " . All helped to make the long flight more than tolerable

I have taken high school students to Japan 4 times now and I would not use any other airline but Singapore Airlines.

This year I discovered even more great things about this airline. The check in staff at Haneda airport were most efficient and kind to us. We were a group of 17 people yet it took only a few minutes for our whole group to check in and with all sitting in their preferred seat. The in flight service was very good. The thing that impressed me about Singapore airlines this time most was that despite that our flight was delayed (about 2 hours) due to heavy snowfall in Tokyo, the in flight crew reassured us that every was being done so we can make our connection from Singapore to Perth. We landed at Singapore and the ground crew was most organised escorting groups with connections to their flight gate with such efficiency and speed.
We made the flight!!!!

Surely one of the best airlines in the world.
Travelled from Delhi. Very nice experience. We booker upper deck at the time of booking without any extra charges. Comfortable seats and good food. Great list of movies on entertainment deck. Not to forget 20 dollar complimentory voucher if you are travelling in singapore airlines and transiting at changi airport.
