Second time using Ryanair this month of February 2020 and had no issues with the flight to Bari and the one returning to Hahn.
Both arrived ahead of time.
The Hahn/Bari flight left at 7H20 AM, it means we had to be at the airport at latest 5h30AM.
The BB hotel located in front of Hahn airport was best choice for taking the early flight.

Our flight was delayed for 2 hours. Despite having downloaded the app no alert was given, no information was provided. On the departures board all that happened was that the gate time just kept slipping back until it was the same time as the scheduled take off. Other airlines had the curtesy of having ‘Delayed’ and a revised time posted on the departures board. The lack of information and incremental slippage time meant I had to stay glued to the board rather than lounge in a cafe. I was unable to update friends (travelling on an on time BA flight) as to my ETA. Eventually when seated on the plane they announced that it was due to the incoming plane developing a fault as it prepared to leave Dublin and replaced - so they knew all a long that it would be a long delay.

Posts to twitter remained unanswered.

I missed meeting up with my friends at Dublin and travelling the next stage together.

Three missed dinner with a group of friends due to the delay. It would have been helpful to keep them posted at key points rather than once we finally got on a bus from Dublin airport.

We were delayed on the way back. Again no updates and I nearly missed my train connection.

Both hour long flights were fine but frankly that’s the easy bit.

It may look cheap but it’s not worth it. If they don’t lose your luggage they’ll fine you 55 euro to print your boarding pass. Will never fly with them ever again

It concerns a two way trip Athens-Rome and Bologna-Athens. Although we had bought our seats in advance and paιd for our (20kg) suitcases (by the way, due to a "site problem" our request to pay for our suitcases along with our ticket, was not "recorded" and so we payed 40€ instead of 25€) they informed us at the airport that we were obliged to do an on-line check-in in advance. We had been bombed with dozens of spam e-mails selling cars and hotel rooms as a part of their strategy of confusing the customer. They finally said that this "small" detail was mentioned in "small print" when we bought our tickets. That cost us 55€ pp (total 165€). On our way back from Bologna airport the poor speaking English ground attendant was trying to make us pay 25€ pp because, although we had already checked-in online, she said that we should have printed our boarding cards in advance!!! Only when we told her that we had no money and we had absolutely no intention to pay (by the way, in most airports there are machines where you can check-in and print your boarding pass, but not there) was she kind enough to inform us that we could download an app and get a digital boarding pass instead! The seats were very narrow at our flight from Bologna to Athens (they were OK at our flight from Athens to Rome). At Bologna airport, we had to wait standing for at least 1 hour until our final boarding. Nowhere to sit. Endless lines! Conclusion: Cheap tricks for expensive tickets! NEVER AGAIN!

1st time flying with the airline and the last. Low cost (they say and promote) and that’s what you get. Very bad service, staff very unprofessional in their appearance and attitudes and the aircraft was a disgrace. Not only that but the that the Airline try’s to rip everyone off with extortioniate fees. Should be shut down. Gets a zero score for everything and that’s to high and generous.
