well the plane is always late the staff is all about selling us bits and pieces , you dont get anything not even a bottle of water you are treated like cattle ,the whole experience is bad bad bad , coming back we flew from Szczecin airport Poland back to London , it was a nightmare plane was late they made us wait out the side in the open freezing air for 30 mins I ended with a nasty cold and they never apologise, the flight is cheap but bad for your health.

The flight was fine, but the airport it operates for London is far from the city. Due to traffic you can have trouble even if you leave the airport for 2-3 hours earlier than check-in.

This was my first experience in Schönefeld Ryanair terminal. Ryanair allowed check-in for both flights days in advance. One thing to know is you must print your own boarding passes. The gate was displayed about 45 minutes prior to boarding and getting to the gate was simple. I planned to carry my bag on-board but the flight was full and it had to be put below. Retrieval of the bag was no problem in Dublin. My experience was neutral. It could have been better (by keeping my bag) or worse in many ways. The staff onboard was very pleasant. I'm not crazy with all of the sales pitches they are doing on flights these days.

Flew to Barcelona on Aer Lingus - excellent service and employees
Due to fly back from Barcelona with Ryanair on a Thursday. While enjoying an evening in Barcelona received a text message saying flight was cancelled. No reason given - went on CHAT with Ryanair and person working for Ryanair could not give reason for cancellation. Ended up going to Barcelona airport next morning to try to get another flight and the people working for Ryanair at the airport were only interested in themselves. Saw 1 employee doing her makeup while the queue to speak to someone was 10 deep. Went on CHAT again and surprise surprise no help. Finally got on a flight to return to Dublin on Saturday (delay of 2 days) - no information given re hotels / meal expenses etc . Finally heard that Ryanair calcelled flight due to air traffic control strike but on the same day of my original flight 2 other airlines were able to fly the same route as my flight. Have been in contact with Ryanair since my return but still waiting on it to be resolved.
Ryanair - cheap and cheerful YES but Customer Service Orientated NO

Flight was fine, Its a budget airline, you should know what to expect. I fly with Ryanair 4 times a year, I always booked extra leg room seats at the front of the plane which included Priority boarding at an extra cost of £15.00 per person per flight, But since they changed it to priority boarding was extra, Ive stopped booking these seats, instead I booked the seats right at the back which where only £4.00 per person per flight so ive saved myself a lot of money. Happy Days
