Review of Ryanair

Had to rearrange flight due to pre Christmas cancellations. Managed to obtain a flight on the same day but at 06.40 instead of just before lunch.
Wearing an air boot after ankle operation and Ryanair arranged special assistance for both journeys. Excellent service, wheelchair at airports, lift on to planes, cannot fault.
Flight was only 2 hours 30 minutes but the seats are quite narrow and very close together so most uncomfortable journey.
Priority boarding, for which you pay extra, just means you can take your hand luggage on board otherwise it goes in the hold. Is it worth another £15 a head?
Flights were on time, aircraft was clean, flight crew attentive.
You get what you pay for !

21th of January we went back to Budapest from the Palermo Airport to Budapest .
After the check in we saw on the information display our plan will late 40 minutes but it has changed more 3 times. At the end of it the delay was 3 hours. But nobody come to the waiting hall to inform the travelers about of the delay or give us any drink.We got an e-mail from the customer service about of the delay just after half an hour later then the original departure time.
When finally we boarded to the plan the stewardes sad unfortunately nothing was loaded to the plan so they can't sell any drinks or food!....
Ryanair don't have any public a-mail or phone number where you could to contact with them. You can contact with them only accross with "online chat" where you don't know the name of the administrator and there is no any identification number of the conversation. So they can write you anything withouth any responsibility ! There is also a big problem if you make a mistake by the age category by the buying of the ticket you can't change it by the on-line check in !
We also traveled with Ryaniar from Treviso to Budapest on 18th of February . The check-in was horrible and the plan started late again !
So I can't recommend Ryanair to anybody !

Because of ryanairs policy to sit people all over the aircraft if they dont pay extra,people are all stood trying to change seats with other people who are in the same situation,and trying to sit with their friends.Also if pasengers read there tickets,they will see they need to board from front or back of aircraft , stupid people boarding from front trying to get to rear seats.......PATHETIC

Liverpool is a great place to travel from. Despite all the negative press about Ryanair recently I can not fault the flights both ways. Very pleasant staff, clean plane, on time, what more is there to say? Sound experience.

I was bit afraid first, because of all the bad stories about Ryanair. My self, I have flown with them once and did not have any problem, but still I was skeptic. Now it was my 2nd time, and I really do not know, what is the problem with them. Yes, you pay for baggage, food and seat, but this is becomming a standard even with standard airlines. But the prices are lower and if you are fine with just 1-2 cabin bags, this is the best choice for short distances around europe. Just spend a few more eurs for priority boarding and you are fine and boarding first like a king.
