We were able to upgrade through the bidding process. I am so glad we did. It was worth every penny. Service was exceptional. Food was amazing. Seats could be made into a bed. Will travel with this airline again.

Worse flying experience ever. The flight attendants were very rude. They need to improve their customer service and be more approachable and friendlier. Seems like it's done on purpose. I had couple of issues and mentioned it to a flight attendant. No one tried to help. Same thing on the flight going back home to Chicago. Even took a flight to Dubai from Amman. Same thing. Was hoping to see one of the attendants even smiling. But NO. I will Never fly Royal jordanian again!
Typical and comparable to US Carriers flying international but thought the food was better. Attendants are not as personal or as friendly as those on US carriers but that may be a result of cultural differences.
BEWARE most flights coming and leaving the United States will make a refueling stop in Canada you will not leave the flight but need a visa . If you are not a US citizen or green card holder or from a country that can do a transit visa Canada will decline your visa . Royal Jordanian will not help with the process and have no clue about the process or even the website to apply . If you book through a third party it’s even worse they will charge you a fee to change the flight for you or they will cancel without a refund . Very rude customer service will hang up the phone several times on you because they are not patient . Will not travel again with them .
Flight cancelled without notifying customers - only notified once you arrive at airport with no reason for cancellation. Attitude is very rude when replying to customers (such as: I do not know anything - go call customer service!!). Literally you are left alone without any guidance on what to do next.
